The Board of Directors recognized Orcutt for his many contributions to the bank by unanimously promoting him to Executive Vice President. He has earned this promotion with his effective management skills, strategic thinking and his ability to be a trusted resource for the board members and bank shareholders.

Orcutt is a member of the Bank Board of Directors, and serves on several bank committees such as; ALCO and Investments, Audit and Compliance, Compensation and Personnel and Senior Loan Committee. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Committee. He also serves on the Highland Bancshares Board of Directors as Secretary, Treasurer and Senior Vice President.

Orcut holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance/Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
