Growth & Training At Highland

We understand the importance of growth and continual training in the current job search.

Outside of tuition reimbursement, which is one of our favorite benefits as well as growth opportunities, we encourage training and development opportunities where employees can find them. Development opportunities are offered through the Minnesota Bankers Association (MBA), other banking-related organizations, and industry specific organizations for non-banking roles.
