Wire Annual Certification

Wire Annual Certification

In accordance with federal banking regulation guidance, when the level of risk warrants, the bank should perform an on-site customer visit, or have the customer do a self-assessment. The following questions are to determine if minimum controls are in place. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, and except as otherwise provided for in any agreement between the bank and the customer governing cash management services, the bank does not assume any liability for loss incurred by the customer, whether or not the controls and/or recommendations provided for herein are implemented. If the control environment is not sufficient, the bank can chose to terminate any cash management service.
