Our panel of experts in all areas of human relations will share their insights into what’s happening now and how business owners can stay on top of the changing landscape.

David Magy – David Magy is a founding partner of retained executive search firm Abeln, Magy, Underberg & Associates. David is an expert in retained search, corporate recruitment, and workforce consulting–he has been in the field for over 30 years. David’s background includes working in the human resource departments of a number of Fortune 500 companies. He has worked extensively designing staffing systems for human resources from both consulting and corporate perspectives. David is a nationally recognized speaker and blogs on matters related to search, staffing, and ethics.

Laurie Simonson – Laurie Simonson oversees Froehling Anderson’s operations, including human resources, recruiting, communications and training. Before making her way into the accounting world, Laurie was a successful business owner and worked in the creative field. She relies upon her creative skill set to find new ways to make the firm’s culture healthy and fun. She knows how important the right kind of environment is to Froehling staff and ultimately, to the firm’s clients. Culture has always been important to Laurie; it’s what initially drew her to Froehling Anderson. She has been instrumental in the development of the firm’s very successful Blended Workforce policy.
