Highland Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Sue Lee to Chief Operations Officer, effective October, 2023. Sue joined Highland in 2008, as the bank completed its acquisition of Ridgedale State Bank. Since then, she expanded her banking experience from Consumer Banking to include Commercial Banking and Operations leadership, most recently holding the role of Director of Operations. Sue’s industry knowledge, project management and leadership have been instrumental in helping to shape Highland Bank. President Troy Rosenbrook shared, “We thank Sue for her unwavering commitment to our organization. Her journey with us has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we look forward to many more years of shared success.”

Fittingly, Sue also was selected for 2023 Top Women in Finance recognition.
