Tim Delforge

Tim Delforge brings more than 27 years of experience in the banking industry, with a career built on relationship management, business insight, and a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.

Before joining the banking industry, Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He then began his career in retail banking, spending 15 years as a branch manager before moving into commercial banking. He went on to serve six years as a relationship manager and more recently specialized in SBA lending, helping business owners navigate financing for acquisitions, expansions, and long-term growth. His early interest in entrepreneurship led him to commercial lending, where he found the ideal balance of supporting business owners while contributing to their success.

What sets Tim apart is his relationship-first approach. He focuses on building genuine, long-term partnerships by taking the time to understand each client’s background, challenges, and goals. This allows him to provide thoughtful, proactive guidance and serve as both a trusted advisor and financial partner. As Tim puts it, “Understanding their challenges and knowing where they came from helps me anticipate next steps and guide them through growth.”

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, including fishing, hunting, and camping—activities that reflect his appreciation for balance and connection beyond the office.
