Outside of tuition reimbursement, which is one of our favorite benefits as well as growth opportunities, we encourage training and development opportunities where employees can find them. Development opportunities are offered through the Minnesota Bankers Association (MBA), other banking-related organizations, and industry specific organizations for non-banking roles.

In addition to the above, we also highly encourage community involvement, outside of volunteering. We have numerous employees who sit on other company boards, serve on city boards, etc. This provides employees with an opportunity for development, on more of a personal level.
