Easy to use at checkouts and ATMs, the Highland Bank debit card offers added security and fraud protection. For merchants with chip-enabled terminals, just insert your card and approve your purchase. Otherwise, swipe as you normally would. At ATMs, simply insert your card and follow the on-screen instructions, remembering to remove your card when prompted. For those who are not eligible or do not require purchase features, Highland also offers an ATM-only card. ATM Surcharge-Free Networks. For your convenience, Highland Bank has partnered with MoneyPass® to expand our ATM surcharge-free network. In addition to the ATMs at all Highland Bank locations, cardholders have access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. Just look for the MoneyPass® logo or download the MoneyPass Locator App.

As a Highland Bank debit cardholder, you can use Card Management to turn your card on and off anytime. You can also set transaction restrictions based on merchant type, location and more, as well as establish transaction limits and schedule alerts for certain transaction types. All Highland Bank debit cards are equipped with EMV (Europay, Mastercard® and Visa) technology used to authenticate chip-card transactions. The cards improve payment security, making it more difficult for fraudsters to counterfeit cards. You can also use Card Management to prevent unauthorized use of your card by temporarily turning it on or off if it’s misplaced.
