Easy to use at checkouts and ATMs, our debit card offers added security and fraud protection. For merchants with chip-enabled terminals, insert your card and approve your purchase. Otherwise, swipe your card as you normally would. For use at ATMs, simply insert it and follow the on-screen instructions, remembering to remove your card when prompted.
For your convenience, Highland Bank has partnered with MoneyPass® to expand our ATM surcharge-free network. In addition to the surcharge-free ATMs at all of our Highland Bank locations, cardholders have access to thousands of ATMs nationwide. Just look for the MoneyPass® logo on the ATM, download the MoneyPass Locator App.
As a Highland Bank debit cardholder, you can use Card Management to turn your card on and off from anywhere, anytime. You can also establish transaction limits, set restrictions based on merchant type and location, and even schedule alerts based on the transaction type.
All Highland Bank debit cards are equipped with EMV (Europay, Mastercard® and Visa) technology used to authenticate chip-card transactions. This improves payment security, making it more difficult for fraudsters to successfully counterfeit cards. You can also use Card Management to prevent any unauthorized usage of your card by temporarily turning it on or off if it’s misplaced.
