With more than 25 years of commercial banking experience, Janelle has helped countless business owners get the bank financing or cash management services they need to grow their operations. Janelle embraces the opportunity to learn about organizations and what makes them successful. By truly listening, Janelle can provide fresh perspective and introduce new bank technologies that often add efficiency and result in cost savings.
A master at finding new ways to get things done, Janelle enjoys creating and cultivating a collaborative relationship. Her in-depth familiarity with credit as well as cash flow equips Janelle with the tools necessary to propose new strategies or areas for improvement. Most fulfilling is Janelle’s ability to bring new ideas to the table that can truly make a difference. Janelle holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, and specializes in working with businesses in the lower middle-market segment.
Outside of work, Janelle supports Habitat for Humanity by organizing an annual Women’s Build with colleagues and friends. She continues to support her daughter’s southern metro cheer team, and makes fitness a priority by staying active at the club, hiking and traveling.
