Steve Wagner, CPA – As a partner in Froehling Anderson’s Tax Department, Steve serves as a specialist on complex issues ranging from estate to partnership taxation. He’s worked with businesses of all sizes throughout the manufacturing and distribution, real estate, construction, professional services, not-for-profit, and venture capital industries, as well as start-ups. Prior to joining Froehling Anderson in 2009, Steve served as partner-in-charge of a local CPA firm’s tax practice. Known for his taxation expertise, Steve is regularly sought after to lead seminars on current and complex tax law for professional associations and private vendors throughout the country.
