About this Event
The merger and acquisition market encountered a seismic shift in 2020 as a result of the pandemic:
Deals that did close in the second half of 2020 had to account for a drastically changed set of risk factors leading to questions of value and sustainability. Please join us on February 9th to hear from a panel of people who were working in the trenches on these deals, get their perspective on how transactions will look different in 2021, and learn how to evaluate whether 2021 will present good opportunities to buy or sell a company.
