Enhancements Are On The Way!

Get ready for a better banking experience.

Thank you for being a valued Highland Bank customer. We are excited to announce that we are enhancing our technology to give you an even better banking experience. The following enhancements will be live by early afternoon on MONDAY, JULY 29, 2019. 

Here is a quick look at what’s coming:

Digital Banking

  • Online Banking – Personal and Business Online Banking are getting a new look – designed to provide an optimized banking experience. When logging in to Online Banking there is no longer the need to differentiate between Account Type “Personal or Business” and your Username will remain the same for both.
  • Mobile Banking – Is also getting a new look, including our new HB Mobile app for Apple and Android devices. When logging in to Mobile Banking there is no need to differentiate between Account Type “Personal or Business”. Your Username will remain the same for both.

Phone Banking

Phone Banking is being enhanced with some great new features including: speech recognition, current rate quotes, obtain checking and savings account balances, make loan payments, transfer funds, email account snapshot ability, and more!

Watch our website for the latest updates and conveniences we will add to give you greater control of your finances. Make sure you add or update your email address so we can send you valuable information on new products and enhancements as soon as they become available.

Our system will be unavailable for a few days during the enhancement period. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

*All Mobile Deposits will be unavailable beginning at 1:00pm on July 25.

Future communications are forthcoming in one or more of the following delivery options: U.S. Mail, email, statement stuffers, and statement notifications. In order to ensure you receive “all” future communications, please add or update your email address in Online Banking.  Business Banking Customers must contact their banker or call Customer Service at 952-888-4888 to add or update your email address.
